1. Program Description

WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC, doing business as Audience to Assets ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients, subscribers, and opted-in contacts regarding our Services. This SMS Policy governs your participation in our SMS program.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to the terms of this SMS Policy. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

2. Types of Messages We Send

By opting into our SMS program, you may receive the following types of text messages:

2.1 Transactional Messages

• Account creation confirmations and login credentials

• Purchase confirmations and payment receipts

• Appointment booking confirmations

• Appointment reminders (24 hours before and 1 hour before)

• No-show follow-up and rescheduling messages

• Onboarding instructions and welcome messages

• Technical support communications

2.2 Service and Operational Messages

• Workflow and automation notifications related to your account

• System updates and maintenance notifications

• Responses to your inbound SMS inquiries

2.3 Marketing Messages

• Promotional offers and new product announcements

• Educational content and business tips

• Event and webinar invitations

• Re-engagement and follow-up messages

Marketing messages are only sent to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive promotional communications from us.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, the Services you have purchased, and your opt-in preferences. You may receive:

• Transactional messages: as triggered by your account activity (no fixed frequency)

• Appointment-related messages: up to 3 messages per scheduled appointment

• Onboarding messages: up to 10 messages during your first 30 days as a new member

• Marketing messages: up to 4 messages per month

Reply HELP at any time for assistance or STOP to opt out of all messages.

4. How to Opt In

You may opt into our SMS program through the following methods:

• Completing an opt-in form on our website at https://audiencetoassetsrevenue.com

• Providing your phone number during account registration or checkout and checking the SMS consent box

• Sending a text message to our business number at +1 804-823-5780 with an opt-in keyword as specified in a specific campaign

• Verbally consenting during a coaching or onboarding call where your consent is recorded

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to subscribe the phone number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will be removed from our SMS program immediately.

• Reply QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. These keywords are treated the same as STOP.

• Contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] and request to be removed from SMS communications.

• Update your communication preferences in your account dashboard.

After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing SMS messages from us. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to active purchases, appointments, or account security unless you request complete removal.

To re-subscribe after opting out, you must submit a new opt-in request through one of the methods described in Section 4.

7. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages you receive from us, as determined by your mobile carrier. These charges are your responsibility. WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages beyond your standard carrier rates.

If you are unsure about your carrier's rates, please contact your mobile carrier directly before opting in to our SMS program.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by most major US mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and US Cellular. Service may not be available on all carriers. WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues.

9. SMS Sending Number

SMS messages from WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC will be sent from the following number: +1 804-823-5780. Save this number to your contacts so you can identify our messages. We may use additional numbers in the future; any new numbers will be disclosed in an update to this policy.

10. Privacy and Your SMS Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS communication history are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://audiencetoassetsrevenue.com and incorporated herein by reference. We do not sell your mobile phone number to third parties.

We use your mobile number to:

• Send the messages described in Section 2 of this Policy

• Identify your account and personalize messages to you

• Honor opt-out requests and maintain suppression lists

Our SMS messages are generated and delivered through GoHighLevel, our platform provider. By opting in to SMS, you acknowledge that your phone number and message content may be processed by GoHighLevel as a data processor on our behalf.

11. Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable state and federal laws governing commercial text messaging.

We do not send SMS messages to individuals who have not opted in. We maintain opt-out records and honor all opt-out requests promptly. We do not send messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry for marketing purposes.

12. Changes to This SMS Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an SMS message to opted-in subscribers and by posting the updated policy on our website. Continued participation in our SMS program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
